Held:
Claimant guilty of willful misconduct for violating employer rule about “immediately”
reporting an arrest, where he was released from incarceration at 10:00 p.m. one
day and did not report his arrest until 7:30 p.m. the next day. Employer’s facility (a security company) was
open 24 hours/day. The court affirmed
the UCBR decision, holding that “immediately” meant as soon as possible.
